Boiler Servicing
It is recommended that your boiler is serviced every year to maintain its efficiency, extend the life of your system and most importantly, save you money on your heating bills.

Fuel efficiency
Your boiler will naturally produce waste gasses during combustion, which over the course of a year can affect efficiency by up to 15%. At ROFBS LTD, we clean the inside of your boiler to remove these harmful waste products and we use digital combustion analyzers to set boilers to their peak efficiency to reduce the future build up of waste products.

Reliability
As with any piece of precision machinery, the correct calibration and routine maintenance is vital in keeping all moving and static parts in good health. At ROFBS LTD, we independently check each part of the burner to make sure it is in full working order and calibrated to the manufactures specifications thus reducing costly future repairs.

Safety
Your boiler can produce flue temperatures in excess of 300°C so it is important to make sure these gases are discharged in a safe way which can neither harm people or property. During your service, we will also calibrate your boiler so that CO production will be below levels set by the Health and Safety Executive.

Oil storage
As part of your service, we will also conduct a visual inspection of your oil storage tank and notify you of any defects found.

Certificate
At the end of your service, you will be issued a OFTEC CD-11 servicing report and a printout of the combustion analysis, this form will inform you of any faults or potential faults found during the service process.

Breakdowns
Breakdowns are inevitable but here at ROFBS we carry high stock levels to ensure your downtime of any system failure is kept to a minimum.

Electrical and Mechanical
Here at ROFBS we can take care of your heating electrical requirements regardless of whether this is a repair or full installation of your control system, diverter valves programming units or wireless control solutions.

Water Treatment
We also provide water treatment, which is often referred to as power flushing which removes contaminants and debris which accumulates during the natural life of your heating system, which can lead to poor system performance and decreased efficiency of the systems.
